The Full Stack Web Developer builds and maintains web applications using front-end and back-end technologies in an Agile environment. The role includes system integration, user feedback implementation, and iterative development. Strong coding skills, database experience, and knowledge of user-centered design are essential.

Position Description

Overview:

The Full Stack Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain complex IT applications in a dynamic Agile environment. This role involves full lifecycle development of front-end and back-end solutions, integration of systems and services, and incorporation of user feedback into system updates. Candidates should have a strong foundation in both programming and user-centered design principles, as well as a commitment to delivering responsive, accessible, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, code, and test integrated front-end and back-end solutions using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Go, and SQL/No-SQL databases
Utilize Agile methodologies to develop software in a rapid and collaborative environment
Create and maintain integration code to connect systems and services using open standards and service-based architectures
Analyze, document, and resolve defects and issues (DRs) within systems
Rapidly prototype and mock up designs to demonstrate functionality and visual concepts
Prepare and maintain clear documentation for all solutions developed
Execute all stages of visual design from concept to implementation
Analyze user feedback and incorporate updates to improve system usability and effectiveness
Ensure developed solutions align with accessibility and usability standards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
5 years of professional web development experience
Proficiency with both front-end and back-end languages and frameworks
Preferred: ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, PostgreSQL
Alternatives: VueJS, Go, MySQL, ElasticSearch
Experience in Agile development environments and collaborative team settings
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and user-centered design principles
Knowledge of Web Accessibility requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities
